Reduces the amount of nailing and helps eliminate squeaky floors. Offers excellent water-resistance and remains permanently flexible. Exceeds the APA's AFG-01 specification. Can not be used on foamboard. Extremely flammable. Clean up with mineral spirits or equivalent solvents.
