How it works: The team here at Dignity Lifts will contact a local technician in your area. These are people who are registered to install and fix wheelchairs, lifts, ramp systems, and other durable medical equipment. The process usually takes 2-3 weeks from the time you order the lift. Most of the wait is required to coordinate schedules. It is worth it though because you receive a first-class professional installation. White Glove is a great choice, especially if you have mobility issues and your family may not be available. Your bathroom and toilet must be clean and sanitary before installation. Our technicians are professionals and you must treat them as such. They will not work in a soiled environment. An unclean toilet and bathroom will result in additional delays and possible extra charges. Your toilet and plumbing must be securely attached, stable, and the connections and plumbing must be modern and in good condition. Your toilet and bathroom must fit our lift. See this page to determine if our lift will fit in your bathroom and this page to determine if our lift will work with your toilet. For our Bidet Lift your toilet supply line and the valve that shuts it off must be modern and in good working order. Your toilet must be a standard flush toilet. You must also have a GFI Electrical outlet near the toilet. Our Bidet lift will work with any toilet sold in stores like Home Depot and Lowes. It works best when you order them at the same time.
